Hello. My name is Serafim Panov, I'm php programmer. I've been writing scripts and creating sites for a long time. I'm making programs for Moodle open source Course Management System. All the last modules and blocks I made for Japanese school are free for downloading and you can find them here. Thanks to Paul Daniels for ideas and supporting!

Also I've got large experience in working with Wordpress and I develop plugins for Wordpress. My latest plugins are: Easy Watermark and Images Optimize and Posts Compare find Plagiat, so if you need any plugin I can help you to make it.
